A couple months ago, Blizzard Entertainment filed to trademark Diablo Immortal in USA, EU, UK, Canada, China, Australia and New Zealand.
So far none of these countries have officially approved the trademark. This is a process that historically takes some time. In extreme cases, like China, over a year.
The Mexican Industry Intellectual Property Institute (IMPI) has officially approved the Diablo Immortal trademark -- becoming the first country to do so.
Blizzard Entertainment filed the trademark on October 1. Mexico registered the trademark on December 3, 2020.
